But let’s be honest…even though this decade has had a history of sending any twenty-year old into a spiral, I’ve made a decision. A decision to look past the fear of the “what-ifs” of the future and instead focus on the gift of the here and now, this Golden Hour. This life has so many joys available at any given moment that could be missed by running on auto-pilot, sleeping in, and avoiding the growth that awaits in the discomfort of facing our fears. So here we are, just your average thirty-year-old on a mission to share her journey of rising early, growing daily, and learning to live fully!
